Autodisco's Amplifier

The amplifier has been selected to provide Hi-Fi sound quality, and has a generous rating of 150 watts per channel RMS. As such, this is far too much for the average party (and indeed exceeds the ratings of the loudspeakers), but it does mean that the amplifier is run well under it's ratings, which ensures cool, reliable operation. (Nevertheless, a cooling fan is normally placed on top of the amplifier). The Autodisco computer has been set to ensure that the full rating of the amplifier cannot be used.
